libtext-reform-perl software package provides Perl module for manual text wrapping and reformatting, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libtext-reform-perl
libtext-reform-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libtext-reform-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libtext-reform-perl *
You will get with libtext-reform-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
